The Choice

83bb3410fe6d6a49b9b99218aff9cd3fWell after yesterday’s post, it’s time to make the choice. Are you going to choose to get better or are you going to choose to remain stuck? Are you a survivor or a victim? The choice is yours and it’s all based on your mindset. It is something you actually need to choose. At a certain point you cannot blame the status of your life on your abuse anymore. It is not easy… not by any stretch of the imagination.

I remember one week at church they did a skit toward the end of the service. It was raw and everything I was feeling at that moment was being acted out on stage. It was like the pastor and the worship team looked right into my soul. I cried a lot that day, but it was the beginning of me making my choice. It literally took years. It was not easy, But it was worth more than I can ever express in mere words.

Please watch this video, which is a recording from that faithful day in church. I hope it does for you what it did for me. Grab some Kleenex. You are going to need it. And remember with God ALL things are possible. Everything performed by Cornerstone Ministries
